Roman Villa of Le Grotte

The Roman Villa of Le Grotte in Portoferraio is one of the most important archaeological remains from the Roman period in the Tuscan Archipelago. Built during the Augustan era (1st century BCE), this grand residence stands in a highly scenic and panoramic area.
